Returns & Damaged Items

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns on 'change of mind' purchases.

If your order arrives less than perfect, we will need to assess your damage.

Please contact us within 7 days with your order number & photos, by email at info@glowmorecandleco.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds or replacements without the damaged items. So don't throw them out until you hear from us.

Refunds once approved are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind as our candles are made to order.
