All orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post, with tracking available for all deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, we'll be in touch with your tracking number. Please note it can take longer to remote and regional areas in Australia. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.

Processing Times

Each and every candle is custom made and hand poured to order here in Adelaide, all orders will be on their way to you within 7 business days. This allows time for curing of your candle prior to dispatch. If for any unexpected reason your selected purchase is out of stock or may be delayed, we will be in contact with you immediately with an update on its delivery.
